Refund policy

Return Policy

Items purchased within the last 28 days are eligible for return.

Returned items must arrive back to us within 14 days of the online return submission. Failure to do so will result in the return being cancelled.

Items must have all original tags attached.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 days of receiving the returned item.

Return costs are non-refundable.

Responsibility & Postage

Smiths Equestrian is not responsible for returned items until they reach our warehouse.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping your postage receipt as proof of return.

International customers must arrange their own return shipping, as we currently do not provide international return labels through our portal.

If horse wear has been used or tried on a horse, it cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, headwear, socks, and all underwear items are non-returnable for either a refund or exchange.Please double-check sizing before purchasing or contact our team via the Contact Us page.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please refer to our gift voucher section.

International Returns

For international returns, any duties or customs fees incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund.

Any items returned dirty or soiled will either be sent back to the customer or a cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund.
